We've reached the midpoint of the week and, being situated in the thick of things, Wednesdays often seem to have a bit of energetic anxiety and clutter. Sometimes despite our best efforts we end up bringing some of that stress home with us, and if left unattended it can accumulate.
Time for some midweek energetic housekeeping! To work in harmony with the today's energy boost from Mercury, gather any of the following herbs with Mercurial correspondences: lavender, mint, parsley, fennel, lemongrass, or dill. Combine into a loose incense and burn on an incense charcoal. Fan the smoke with your hand or a feather throughout your home to neutralize any collected stress or anxiety and to elevate the energetic vibration inside your home. Be sure to fan the smoke into the corners, coat closets, laundry room, and other often overlooked places where energy may stagnate and accumulate. |
