| Take some time away from the summer heat to get rid of some of the astral junk from your aura. Fill a tub with warm water and dissolve a handful of sea salt. Add a few drops of lavender oil or some lavender buds, plus a large, tumbled quartz crystal. Place your hands over the tub and charge the water with the following chant nine times:
"Water, salt, and flowers dear, cleanse my aura, make it clear." Close your eyes and visualize the water glowing. Play some relaxing music and give yourself some time to connect with your inner self while you soak in the tub. Make sure you immerse your whole body in the water during the bath. Once you're finished, and you're throrughly pruned and relaxed, drain the tub and proclaim: "Astral junk and negativity bane, I banish you right down the drain." |
