Spell: Spell to Make Peace with Your Sexuality

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

For this spell, you'll need a cowrie shell, a crystal, a purple candle, and a small vial of Aphrodite or Beltane oil.
Set a romantic tone in the room with candles and music. Stand before your altar and tell your chosen deities you are there to make peace with your sexuality. Sprinkle saltwater from your altar vessel over yourself, telling all present that you are cleansing yourself of your old patterns in this realm. Then relax into a deep meditation about your sexuality. Allow yourself to explore without judgment or hurry.
Afterward, accept your personal truths by touching both the cowrie and the crystal, acknowledging that they represent your female and male sides, respectively. Seal the truth within them and yourself with the oil, and as the candle burns, say:

"I remember who I am."

Leave the cowrie and crystal on your altar, or place them in your medicine bag or pocket, to remind you of this spell and your sacred truths.
