Spell: Break Down the Wall

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

What stops you in life? What thoughts and beliefs get in the way of your success or happiness? What do you say to yourself that holds you back? What are your fears?
You will need a gold candle, quick-drying clay, a hammer, and newsprint or rags to protect your work surface or altar.
Light the candle. Meditate on something that holds you back, while forming a small brick out of clay.
Name the brick: "This is fear" or "This is low self-esteem."
Meditate on the next barrier while you make the next brick.
Build a wall of bricks, naming each one as a barrier. When the wall is finished, allow it to dry.
When the wall is dry and hard, dance, sing, or drum to generate joyful energy. Then SMASH the wall with a hammer.
Scream, laugh, or sing:

"I am free! My wall is gone!"
