| Here is a spell to help banish an ailment or illness that calls upon the Irish goddess Brigid-a lady of poetry, smithcraft, the returning spring, sovereignty of the land, and healing and health.
Light a candle, if you have one handy, or call upon the element of fire. This spell may be cast for yourself or another with their knowledge. Chant the following while committing to health and balance: "Mighty Brigid of the flame, I call to you in your name, Keep me (or name) healthy, Keep me (or name) whole, In mind, in body, in heart, in soul." |
