Spell: A Syllabub Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Word or treat, "syllabub" captures the carefree spirit of April Fools'. The world can be a stressful place, and we often forget the importance of play. Prepare a foolish dessert and infuse it (literally!) with a magical charm for fun.
Combine four parts whipped cream and one part crushed fruit(strawberries are good at this time of year). Fold the berries into the cream, being careful not to incorporate them completely. You might also want to include a ribbon of chocolate syrup. As you work, say this spell in limerick form-the most foolish kind of verse:

"Eating this Fool will ensure
A happiness that will endure
Past April the first
And cannot be reversed.
Of this I am certainly sure."

Eat and share this Fools' fool to balance stress with peace and work with play-and be merry! Laughter is the best medicine and the best magic.
