Spell: Quick Recharge

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Summer is just around the corner, and the vacation season is at hand. The time needed to relax and recharge is an important part of life. Not everyone can afford an expensive vacation, but special events and day trips can provide a much-needed break, either free or at a low cost. Check sites like Groupon to find deals on interesting attractions. Treat your outing as a vacation. Plan for it and look at it as a break from your hectic life. Realize the importance of recharging your energy with a positive experience. Use this as a meditative encounter. Pay attention to how you feel before your "vacation" and compare to how you feel afterward. Make sure you spend your day enjoying yourself and not worrying about relaxing! Keep the goal in mind, but don't push it. Focus on the event, and the relaxation will come. Take it easy and have fun so at the end of the day you feel rejuvenated.
