If you want to learn to remember your dreams better, one of the easiest ways involves only a bottle of water, a marker, and a pen and notebook. Write the word "remember" on the bottle of water with the marker. Keep this bottle of water only for your dream work. Last thing before your head hits the pillow at night, take a sip of the water. First thing in the morning, before you are completely awake, take another sip of the water, then immediately start recording what you remember from your dreams in the notebook. With practice, you will find that you recall more and more from your dreams.
