| Many of us travel during the summer months, and it never hurts to ask for a little protection before we leave home. This is a simple spell that can be done before you set out and, if necessary, along the way as well.
Light a black candle and waft the smoke of a sage smudge wand or some rosemary incense all around you (and your vehicle, if you are using one). If you want, you can also consecrate an amulet or agate stone to carry with you, by saging it as well. Sprinkle a little water in a circle around you. Then say: "With the power of earth and air, With the power of fire and water, Let me be protected on my travels And return home safely and well. So mote it be." |
