When a powerful rain storm is heading your way, take a bowl outside and leave it where it can collect the rainwater without interference from roofs, trees, or other overhanging obstacles. You should collect the water directly from the clouds. After-wards, bring the bowl indoors, set it on your altar, and cover it with a white cloth. At the Full Moon, remove the cloth so moonlight will touch the water. Light a silver candle, drop some mugwort into the flame, and with a feather waft smoke over the water, saying:
By thunder and lightning, By mugwort and Moon! This water is charged to work any boon!Pour the water into clean bottles, and store in a dark area until needed to boost a spell's power |
