POSTED UNDER Moon

Spell: Banish Evil Politicians

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It's Election Day! A waning moon helps banish the unwanted. This spell banishes evil or corrupt politicians/ political behavior.

Choose a local election or an issue that concerns you.

Do this spell early in the day, when or before the polls first open.

Get a map that includes the area affected, whether a state, county, or school district, plus an orange marker (color of leadership) and a handful of whole barley.

Burn a purifying incense, such as sage or frankincense.

Point your wand or athame at each item you'll use, one at a time, saying:

"I consecrate this (name of item) by the powers of the Gods, to work my will in banishing evil from (election/issue)."

On the map, outline the area of concern in orange marker. As you do so, repeat:

"Evil be gone, evil be gone."

Now place the barley over the orange outline, repeating the same phrase:

"Evil be gone, evil be gone."

Then say:

"So mote it be!"

Leave the map on your altar until after election results are in.
