Spell: Fog-Be-Gone Bath

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

I don't know about you, but I have a very busy life. Between the farm, writing, working, and supporting the needs of my family of five, some days I'm not only physically exhausted but mentally exhausted as well.

Here's a relaxing way to clear a foggy, exhausted mind.

You will need:
* A few yellow candles
* Bathtub
* Essential oil blend: 4 drops lemongrass and 2 drops rosemary added to 2 ounces of your favorite carrier oil (such as a light olive oil or, my favorite, fractionated coconut oil)

Take your candles into the bathroom and light them. Fill the bathtub with warm water and add a few drops of your essential oil blend to the tub.

Get in the tub, and as you relax, imagine the water washing away the clutter from your life. Take in the clarifying scent of the oil. Imagine your mind clear and focused. See yourself alert and at ease with your daily tasks. When finished, dab a little more of the oil on your temples.
