This spell is designed to be a quick and gentle means of releasing us from obstacles to success. Obtain as many leaves as desired (three to five is ideal). It helps if the leaves are different colors. Also, have a black bowl to set the leaves in after they're charged.

To begin, think of specific things that you wish to be free of, and charge one leaf for each item. To charge, hold the leaf in your hands and focus on the problem. Send it into the leaf. After the leaf is charged, place it in the black bowl. Once all the leaves have been prepared, take the bowl outside and scatter the leaves to the winds, saying:

"Mother Nature, please take away
these things that no longer serve
me, released from these, the ties
that bind, letting me go free."

Walk away without looking back and wash the bowl with soap and water.
