| To create a dream trip pillow, use a cloth in the color corresponding to the direction you wish to travel (north, green; east, yellow; south, red; and west, blue). Sew the cloth together on three sides, then turn the cloth inside-out. Fill your pillow with some lady's mantle, mugwort, lavender, and a clear quartz crystal. Sleep on your pillow each night before your trip.
