You’ll need an amethyst or other purple stone, a white candle on a heatproof surface, and something to light the candle with.

Light the candle and pick up the stone. Focus on the stone drawing out whatever is causing the imbalance in your life so the space can be filled with harmony and stability. When you feel yourself coming back to your center, carefully pass the stone through the candle flame and say:

I pass the crystal through the light,
For peace and calm and all that’s right.
