What do you have to offer to love? Make a list, however long you like, of all the blessings and gifts that go with having a romance with you. Next, list the qualities you seek in a partner. Be honest with yourself, but remember that if all you seek are superficial qualities, you will draw a superficial relationship.

Take a scrap of cotton cloth of a color you associate with romance, and cut it into a heart shape. Pile some dried rose petals, lavender, cinnamon chips, and barley in the center of the heart. Then concentrate on all the things on both lists while fluffing the herbs and chanting:

I know what I bring to the party,
And I choose love, so love chooses me.
I accept and deserve the best of the best,
By the gods, so mote it be!

Repeat the chant thirteen times, then tie up the charm with a bright ribbon and keep it on your person whenever you go out.
