| To make an energizing oil, pour two tablespoons of sunflower oil into a dark glass bottle and add five drops each of orange, lemon, and rosemary essential oil. Add two drops of lime essential oil, and keep this blend tightly stoppered. Its powerful plant oils will give a boost to your physical energy levels. Just rub a little of the oil on your arms and neck, pour a little in your bath, evaporate some in an oil burner, or simply sniff the bottle whenever you feel tired. |
