Use this spell to gain courage in opening your heart to love and pursuing your happiness. You'll need a piece of clear quartz or rose quartz, some cinnamon, some powdered ginger, and a small pouch or scrap of fabric. Take the materials outside under the moon and hold the quartz in your hand. Think of the quartz as your own heart, and feel the love you have to offer flowing out of your heart and into the crystal. Next, envision the loving experiences you wish to have and the feelings that will come with them. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon and ginger onto the crystal. Place the crystal and spices in the small pouch, or wrap them in the piece of fabric, tying the corners together. Hold the bundle toward the moon as you state three times:
