Fire is a great tool to help us burn away the things we want to remove from our lives. Spend some time thinking about it and make a list of the things you need to rid yourself of: debt, obstacles, bad habits, etc. Be as specific as possible. In a safe place and manner, set your list on fire. While it's burning, say: Take these things from my life. Up in flames I send this strife. Allow the list to burn fully. Relight it if necessary. |
