Falling on February 15, Slap Day is the first day of Anti-Valentine's Week. It is dedicated to our ability to leave behind the frustration we feel about exes who failed us in some way and move forward. This day is not about physically slapping anyone, but rather about banishing and cleansing any reminders and residual feelings left over from those failed relationships. We are then able to make room for new love and goodness in our lives. For this spell you just need your hands and the ability to do brushing or clearing claps. Imagine that you are brushing sand off your hands while clapping and you've got the motion! Clap twice to your left to remove any residual negativity from your past. Clap twice to your right to remove it from your future. Clap twice just above your head to remove it from your mind. Clap twice below your waist to clear it from your body. Then do a classic clap (no brushing) once directly in front of your heart to close the door, and you're set! |
