As you shower today, take a little extra time to clear and balance your energy field. If you don't shower, use this opportunity to perform a visualization exercise. First, stand under the water spray and see it wash you clean of negative influences. See the water as white light, cleansing you of all tensions, fears, or pains. Then, visualize these things spiraling away from you and going down the drain. See the water turn to red light. As it flows over you, your root chakra is energized. The water gradually becomes orange, then yellow, green, indigo, and violet, in turn energizing each of your chakras as it changes colors.

In the end the water becomes white once more, balancing and harmonizing your energy field.
