This energy can help nourish us and provides a storehouse of energy to help ward away depression in the coming fall and winter. On this Sagittarius Moon, go outside and take in the heat of the Sun for a short while. Lift your arms up to the Sun, and say: Healing Sun, strengthen me. Let your currents of warmth nourish my soul.
