Imagine your house sheathed in a cocoon of light that blocks out all harm. If the candle flame flickers a lot, it can indicate a drafty window or door that needs repair, but if the flame flickers and you don't feel any air movement, the "draft" is in your house wards instead of the boards. Sprinkle a pinch of salt across the sill, and strengthen your visualization of a protective barrier. Then say: Love and kin, Safe within. Harm and doubt, Stay without. |
