Brew yourself a cup of black tea. Sprinkle a small amount of thyme into your tea. Holding the cup in your hands, call upon your spirit guides and ask for their help. Gaze into the cup of tea and see yourself as a courageous being, able to handle any situation with ease and confidence. Take three deep breaths, and with each exhalation blow a feeling of courage onto the surface of the tea.
