Incense of the day: Cinnamon We are often forced to spend a great deal of our day in an environment other than our home. To keep that space filled with positive energy, create an amulet. To start, sprinkle a cotton ball with orange and lemon oils, and place it in the center of a small square of bright fabric-whatever appeals to you. Sprinkle dried basil, cloves, and crushed frankincense resin over the cotton. Add some small stones, such as tiger's eye, carnelian, pyrite, or citrine. Surround the fabric with a circle of candles, making sure they're not too close to each other, and allow the candles to burn out. When finished, pull up the sides of the fabric and tie it up with gold string. Use more string to hang the bundle and brighten your surroundings. |
