But a warm cup of tea will certainly contribute to your experience of the Sun's energy. Pour boiling water over a chamomile tea bag and a cinnamon stick. As you dissolve half a teaspoon of local honey in the hot water, imagine the brilliant, life-giving light of the Sun in the center of your tea cup. Stirring clockwise, see this light spread and fill the tea to overflowing. Allow the tea to steep for nine minutes before removing the tea bag and stick.
