Incense of the day: Geranium As a child I can remember my grandmother adding orange-flower water to holiday pastries for a delicate flavor. What I didn't know at the time is that orange-flower water can be used in spells for love, beauty, and passion, when added to a bath. Here is one such spell. Run your bath as usual. Pour a half-cup of orange-flower water (which you can buy from Middle Eastern or health food stores) into a white or clear glass bowl. Gently swirl the bowl and pray, or speak words of power for your particular need. Speak your charm three times. After blessing the orange-flower water, pour it into your bath. As you bathe, let the orange fragrance surround you. If you wish, bathe with your romantic partner. After your bath, relax and let the spell do its work. |
