Color of the day: Green
Incense of the day: Apricot Cast a circle as you desire and sit in the center. Visualize yourself sitting in the middle of a great map and, like a compass needle, your vision spins in all directions. But this compass needle will not automatically settle on north. Your compass is seeking a lost item. Close your eyes and imagine you are that spinning needle. Clearly visualize what you have lost and where you last saw the item. Allow your imaginary compass needle to stop when it feels right and see where your needle has come to rest. Look for your missing item in that direction. Use this chant as you visualize: North and south, East and west, Find the source of my unrest. Help me find What I have lost, A value that defies its cost. Return to me That which I need, As I will so mote it be. |
