| Summer is a time of relaxation, energetic pursuits, and pleasure. Even when we have jobs and many other responsibilities, we can still enjoy the playground of summer's delight. You will need a lemon, some sugar, water, and a spoon. Hold the lemon in your hands and envision a refreshing, energetic, joyful summer. Cut the lemon in half as you double your vision and squeeze the juice into the glass. Put a teaspoon of sugar to sweeten the other parts of your life. Add water, envisioning the wonderful, soothing qualities of water all summer long. Stir the mixture clockwise and chant three times:
Welcome summer, welcome Sun, my work is done, the fun's begun. Taste, and then sweeten to your taste. If you need to stir the lemonade again, stir counterclockwise and use the chant. Add ice and drink the lemonade to your pleasure and delight. Have a fabulous, fun summer! |
