| With the Sun in Pisces and a waning Moon in Scorpio, it's an ideal day for emotional and spiritual cleansing. To begin, stand up and start a basic tree meditation, envisioning energetic roots reaching from your feet into the earth and branches reaching from your upraised arms out toward the sky.
Next, picture the moon. Envision a beam of moonlight coming down; "see" it being caught by your branches, pulling it down into you. Feel this energy cleanse you of any tension, illness, or negativity, imagining these as gray energy blobs. Visualize the moonlight gathering these blobs, then carrying them out of you and into the earth to be recycled. Once the gray blobs are sent into the ground, pull up your roots while continuing to fill yourself with moonlight, mentally directing it to soothe and relax you. When you feel "full" of moonlight, pull in your branches, ending the meditation. |
