| Sunday is always a good day for family harmony. With all the stress of work, school, and the world you live in, you need some time together to bring peace and harmony to your family group. Making time for your family is the most important part of maintaining good family relationships.
It is not always easy to get everyone together, so planning in advance is always a good idea. And the best place to bring a family together is around the dinner table. At least once a month, make it a date for everyone to get together on a Sunday afternoon for a meal. Clear your calendar and let nothing interfere with that date. And no matter what the weather, be sure to include some play. Nothing says harmony like a good meal and fun. Be sure to involve the whole family in the meal preparation and in planning the fun. |
