Spell: A Spell of Memory and Mind

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Both walnuts and nutmeg (if cut open) look like little "brains." This, in a symbolic sense, allows us to perform sympathetic magick with these tools in order to target any issue having to do with the brain, such as memory.
Get a walnut and some nutmeg(ground is okay), and mix them in a sachet bag with rosemary. Rosemary is renowned for its magickal property of mental fortitude. Once you've blended these together, tie the bag shut and deeply inhale the scent of the contents. Balance the bag on your head and put your hands in the Anjali Mudra (prayer position) at your heart. Repeat aloud:

"My mind is ignited; I stand in awareness."

When you feel grounded, take the bag from your head and hold it between your palms. Imagine its energy directly connecting to your brain, helping you through any situation that requires concentration and focus. Smell the bag whenever you need this spiritual inspiration.
