| We all find ourselves with extra baggage from expired relationships. Take a moment to tap into the energies of the planet Saturn and banish the unneeded or unwanted. Take a length of gray cord to represent the muddled emotions that are still tying you to the person. Then take a pair of scissors and cut the cord in half while saying:
"I remove this person and his/her energy from my life." Repeat with each remaining half until only the smallest parts remain. The remaining pieces of the cord can then be buried so that the relationship can be mourned. |
