What is your strongest character trait? What are you accomplished at? Where do you succeed? What brings you joy? Celebrate your body by wearing your favorite clothes. Celebrate your health by making a delicious breakfast.
Celebrate your success at work with a small treat packed in your lunch. Make plans for a special dinner out. Go alone to a restaurant or let someone take you and ask them to celebrate you too. As you are served, say thank you and receive nourishment. And after dinner, do something that brings you joy: go dancing, walk by the water, read a book, visit friends, or spend time in the garden. Affirm: "I am worthy of celebrating. I celebrate my complete self." |
