Spell: Clearing Nervousness

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Find a place out on the land, in the city, or in your home that you feel supported by. To this place, bring some water and a vessel to pour it into. Also bring a jet stone and some red thread.

Ground, center, and align. You may feel like demarcating a space in which to concentrate your work. Pour the water into the vessel and drink it. As you drink the water, perceive a waterfall of cleansing light flowing down through you, from top to bottom. While holding the jet stone and red thread, begin to allow any nervousness you hold to surface, and concentrate it into the thread. When you feel it is firmly in that thread, tie the thread around the stone until the black is almost unnoticeable. Find a place where you can bury the stone and thread, then leave the place without looking back.
