Spell: Feast of the Holy Guardian Angels

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

For centuries, Catholics have honored their guardian angels on this day with prayers and offerings. But whether or not you're Catholic, you have attendant spirit beings that watch over and protect you. Today, create an offering of thanks to them with a white candle, a stick of sweetgrass or copal incense, and one or more white flowers in water. Say:

"Spirits of sweetness, spirits of light,
those who watch over me all day and
night: I offer this candle and this
scent of power, with thanks for your
presence each minute and hour."

Let the incense burn all the way down. You can let the candle burn all the way down as well, or extinguish and relight it as necessary for safety purposes. Remember to ask your guardian spirits for help regularly, because they are meticulously respectful of our free will and often must wait until their help is invoked.
