Spell: Early Spring Cleaning - Renewal

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

We are between Imbolc and Ostara. Make this a weekend of change. Light candles, play music, and pour a beverage. Write a list. Sort through all the holiday items and donate anything no longer wanted. Get out all the clothing for the next season, and clean, repair, or toss it. Then repack the freshened clothing. Maybe it's time to let go of some of your book collection. Do you need new dishes, glasses, or cutlery? Empty kitchen cabinets and toss outdated food, clean the shelves, and put down new shelf paper. Do not allow yourself to be overwhelmed. Choose one to three chores, and follow through the entire weekend. Put on a slow cooker meal on Saturday morning, something that will last through Sunday afternoon. When all is done on Sunday, be sure to thank the gods and goddesses of the hearth and home, especially Hera, for all of their help:

"Clutter begone, set a moderate pace,
Clean and clear, now creating space,
For the good, this little spell.
My home is blessed and all is well."
