| In New Orleans–style Hoodoo, there is a potent and popular magickal oil called Van Van. It smells of the lemongrass it contains. Typically, it also contains pyrite, also called fool's gold. Van Van floor wash is a way to blend oil and water to fortify, clear, and protect your home, studio, or business. To a bucket of rainwater, add as many drops of Van Van oil as needed to give it a nice smell. Set your intention for one of Van Van's many qualities to imbue your space.
