Spell: Harmonizing with Spirit

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The four elements arise from and return to spirit, thus spirit can help us feel more integrated when we’re experiencing elemental imbalance. For this ritual, you’ll need a white candle in a holder and something to represent each of the four elements (for example, a stone, feather, candle, and water). Arrange the elements around you (right, left, front, back) in whatever way feels best, then sit in the center with the white candle.

Feel the elements, and notice if you feel drawn to or repelled by any of them, getting a sense of any potential imbalance. You can ask any of the elements for guidance in this space. Then light the white candle, and envision the light of spirit radiating out from the center, your center, and expanding to encompass all four elements, bringing them into perfect harmony within you. Open to receive any further insights, including ways to express this harmony in your daily life, before thanking the elements and closing the ritual. Be sure to extinguish the candle.
