It’s mid-spring (or, if you’re in the Southern Hemisphere, mid-fall), the weather is no doubt sunny and mild, all’s good at home or work … but you’re too busy to enjoy a lovely day. You need a brief vacation so you can enjoy at least this day of your life. Take a deep, easy breath and relax. Then do it again. Close your eyes and “look” at this day and see what blessings it’s bringing you. Take another deep, easy breath and open your eyes. Consider the Three Graces (sometimes called the Charities), who are the daughters of Zeus and companions to the Muses.
