Today, take stock of what really recharges you. As much as possible, limit your usage of electricity and devices. Whenever I do this, I imagine I’m in a witch’s cottage in the woods, with no electricity or internet. It really connects me with my body and the energy at hand.
When you’re ready to begin, put your devices away and say:
Here and now, disconnected,
Ground into your body and feel the energy around you. Do what comes naturally. Instead of watching television, read a book, make art, or take a walk. When it gets dark, light candles instead of turning on lights. Send psychic messages instead of texts. Before going to sleep, blow out the candles and think about what recharged you. Send gratitude to yourself for this fun experiment.
