International Day for Biological Diversity is a United Nations– sanctioned day for the promotion of biodiversity issues currently held on May 22. This is a very large initiative, with too many topics to address here. Using STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) enables deeper knowledge of the four elements: air, earth, fire, and water. By combining ancient earth-based beliefs with modern methods, cooperation of nations will bring about solutions to save and improve the quality of life here on Mother Earth. If this is an issue or cause that appeals to you, your local community government is a good place to begin. |
