Spell: Happy Herbs

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The waxing moon is a good time to make a big batch of happiness herb mixture to keep on hand for any time you need a dash of positivity. Perform this spell in the daytime when the sun is out.

Materials:

A bowl

3 tablespoons dried catnip

3 tablespoons dried lavender

3 tablespoons dried calendula flowers

3 dandelion seeds

Set the dandelion seeds aside, and put the rest of the herbs together in the bowl. Mix the herbs with your fingers while thinking of something that genuinely makes you smile, whether that’s a person, a memory, or even a funny joke.

Now hold one dandelion seed toward the sun and say:

I wish for joy.

Add it to the herbs.

Repeat this with the remaining two seeds, saying “I wish for peace” and “I wish for contentment.”

Keep a little bit of these herbs with you to smell or sprinkle around when you need to boost your mood.
