Seek the guidance of Saturn today by lighting frankincense incense and holding an amethyst crystal in the smoke. Ask that this crystal be purified of all unwanted energies and filled with the ability to effect beneficial change; then sit in meditation with this crystal and call upon the energies of Saturn. Be aware of any feelings that may arise in you at any time during the ritual. Consider how Saturn tends to bring limitations and establish boundaries; consider how such limitations might affect you, and think about how you will likely respond to this type of energy.
