In your favorite room, light at least seven candles. Burn incense with a spring aroma, such as hyacinth or lavender, then relax and meditate. Envision a spring garden with buds bursting through the earth. Speak the following in a soft chant: "I am the Sun; the Sun is within me. My joy will increase, by my will mote it be." Repeat at least three times. When you are finished, fix yourself a cup of herbal tea and begin planning a garden. Picture your home as it will be when the plants are established. |
