To support this process, make your home a comfortable and creative place, filled with light and warmth. Decorate it with items of your own creation. Set aside time to enjoy cooking, cross-stitch, knitting, sewing, quilting, drawing, or other arts and crafts, remembering that everything you create contains a bit of your energy. Whenever you begin a new project, ask yourself what kind of energy you wish to put into the finished item. Before you begin, then, visualize or speak aloud the energy that you want to create.
