Incense of the day: Bay laurel Construct a paper doll image of the issues or people causing destruction in your life. Make dolls to represent all of the inadequacies and frustrations that you feel. Talk to your dollies and communicate with them. Tell them how they make you feel and recite to them the ways in which they cause destruction. In a large bowl, light each doll on fire and spit on it with the intention of separating yourself from the destructive energy depicted by the doll. Before the flames subside, drown them with wine. Empty the dregs into freshly tilled soil or into an unused planter. |
