| For a health-giving spell, lie down where you will be comfortable and undisturbed for a half hour or so. Place your cat on your chest, covering your heart chakra. State your positive intent to be healthy succinctly and begin to stroke the cat. The cat should relax and begin to purr. Completely relax with the cat and let the purring cleanse out your heart chakra. After about thirty minutes, sit up and send the positive intent out into the universe. |
