Spell: Land, Sea, and Sky Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The Druids observe and honor a pantheon of deities and the three realms of land, sea, and sky.
Carry out a land-sea-sky ritual at the edge of a natural body of water:
ocean, river, creek, or lake. Remove your shoes and stand barefooted on the Earth next to the water. Say:

Gods and goddesses of land, preserve for me the here and now.

Step into the water and say:

Gods and goddesses of water, preserve for me the mysteries of transformation.

Lift hands to the sky, palms up, and say:

Gods and goddesses of sky, preserve for me the hidden realm and the shining ones.

Sweep your hands slowly all around you, repeating:

Land, sea, and sky; Land, sea, and sky; Land, sea, and sky.

Before departing, make offerings to each realm: cornmeal or tobacca for the land, silver (a dime) for water, and dried strewn herbs for air.
