Spell: Meditrinalia Festival

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Scholars occasionally disagree on the origin or even the existence of some of the more obscure Roman goddesses and gods. However, it is wise and honorable to accept even the least of myths.
The goddess Meditrina is purported to be a goddess of health, longevity, and wine. On this day, the new wine was introduced. Some of it was mixed with the last (dregs) of the old wine and kept for medicinal purposes. Gather like-minded enophiles for a wine tasting this evening. Introduce a variety of wines that are new to you, always in moderation. Provide juices and grapes to those who do not drink alcohol and to the designated drivers. Offer toasts to health and longevity. At the end of the evening, pour a small amount of wine into the earth as an offering to Meditrina.
